01Who we are

These Terms govern your access to and use of the Tradiso Partners website (the “Site”), our private community, our curriculum and all related educational materials and services (collectively, the “Service”).

Tradiso Partners is a private trading-education community. We provide structured curriculum, market commentary, recorded and live educational sessions, and a private members’ community. We are not a broker-dealer, investment adviser, money manager, or signals service. We do not handle client funds, do not execute trades for members, and do not provide personalised investment advice.

Tradiso Partners is operated independently from any brokerage services offered under the Tradiso brand. Membership in Tradiso Partners is not a route to or from any brokerage relationship and is not contingent on you holding an account with any particular broker.

02Acceptance of these Terms

By submitting an application, becoming a member, accessing the Site, or using any part of the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Risk Disclosure. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction) and legally able to enter a binding contract to use the Service. By using the Service you confirm that you meet these requirements.

03Eligibility & application

Access to the Service is by application only. We review every application and reserve the right to accept or decline any application for any lawful reason, at our sole discretion. Submission of an application does not create a contractual right to membership.

You agree that the information you provide in your application is accurate and complete. We may verify information you provide and may decline or terminate membership at any time if information is found to be inaccurate, incomplete or misleading.

04Membership tiers, payment & renewal

We currently offer three membership tiers — Foundation, Circle and Inner Circle. Each tier provides materially different depth of access, mentorship cadence and cohort size, as described on the Site. Pricing for each tier will be confirmed in writing during the application process and is set out in your individual membership confirmation.

All memberships are annual unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing. Fees are payable in advance for the full annual term. We use third-party payment processors (which may include WHOP and others) to process payments; by submitting payment, you agree to the terms of the applicable payment processor.

Unless otherwise stated in your confirmation, memberships do not auto-renew. We will contact you in advance of renewal with options to continue.

05Refunds & cancellations

Because of the application process, capped cohort sizes and immediate access to materials, memberships are non-refundable once granted and access to the Service has been provided. By accepting membership you expressly waive any statutory cooling-off period to the extent permitted by applicable law in your jurisdiction.

You may cancel at any time and your access will continue until the end of your then-current term. We do not provide pro-rated refunds for unused portions of a term.

If we materially fail to deliver the Service described in your confirmation and have not corrected the failure within a reasonable period after written notice from you, you may be entitled to a pro-rated refund for the remaining unused portion of your term, at our discretion or as required by law.

06What the Service is — and what it is not

The Service is educational in nature. Anything posted, taught or discussed through the Service — including market commentary, trade breakdowns, example setups, charts, screenshots, recordings and chat messages — is provided for educational and informational purposes only.

Nothing in the Service constitutes:

• investment, financial, tax or legal advice;
• a personalised recommendation to buy, sell, hold or otherwise transact in any financial instrument;
• an offer, solicitation or invitation to acquire any financial instrument;
• a guarantee, prediction or promise of any specific trading outcome or financial result.

You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions and for obtaining independent professional advice where appropriate.

07Member conduct

You agree to use the Service in good faith and in a manner consistent with its educational purpose. In particular, you agree not to:

• share your account credentials or transfer your membership to anyone else;
• copy, redistribute, republish, sell, sublicense or otherwise make available any of our curriculum, recordings, notes or materials outside the Service;
• screenshot, record or repost private discussions, mentor messages or member content without the consent of all parties involved;
• provide investment advice to other members, hold yourself out as a financial advisor, or solicit funds from other members;
• harass, abuse, demean or threaten any other member, mentor or staff;
• use the Service to violate any law or any rule of any regulator, exchange or platform.

We may suspend or terminate your membership immediately, without refund, for breach of these obligations.

08Intellectual property

All curriculum, recordings, notes, materials, software, text, graphics and other content made available through the Service are owned by Tradiso Partners or our licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Service for your own educational purposes during your membership.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store or transmit any of the materials in our Service, except as expressly permitted by us in writing.

09Privacy

Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By using the Service you agree to that Privacy Policy.

11Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including (without limitation) warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Educational content reflects the views of the relevant mentor at the time it was created and may not reflect subsequent market developments.

12Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will Tradiso Partners, its affiliates, officers, employees, mentors, agents or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, savings, data, business or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with the Service — even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with the Service is limited to the fees actually paid by you for the membership giving rise to the claim in the twelve months immediately preceding the event giving rise to liability.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

13Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tradiso Partners, its affiliates and their respective officers, employees and agents from any claim, loss, liability, damage, cost or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

14Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately and without notice if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms, posed a risk to other members or to the Service, or behaved in a manner inconsistent with the purpose of our community. Termination for breach is without refund.

Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity and governing law — will survive.

15Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on the Site with a new effective date. Where changes are material we will take reasonable steps to notify members. Your continued use of the Service after a change becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

16Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Tradiso Partners is incorporated, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The courts of that jurisdiction will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, subject to any non-waivable consumer rights you may have in your country of residence.
